    Some Twitter News

The AG of the US is facing contempt of congress charges and I see Piers Morgan is talking to the founder of Smashing Pumpkins Way to go @CNN

Here is an exchange I had with a reporter:

Him: House panel approves contempt citation; why does it feel like it will be an interesting edition of The Five today ?

Me: maybe you should ask yourself why your employer has not covered this much. Did you know that their r people who don’t even know?
Him: it is sort of alarming how many folks have barely covered a case that resulted in a federal agent getting gunned down

Gee ya think? Parents had to bury their child. They deserve answers

Quote of the Day – Brian Williams Edition

For those not following the complexities of all of it, it just looks like more of our broken politics

NBC News Anchor Brian Williams on today’s vote for contempt charges against AG Holder in the fast and furious debacle.

Hey Brian, did you ever stop to think that one of the reasons that people aren’t “following the complexities” of it is because news organizations like yours doesn’t report on it?  Just a thought.

Boy Times Have Changed – Senator Obama Didn’t Like Executive Privilege

It is the same old story with President Obama.  Bash Bush whenever you feel you score some cheap political points.  This is nothing new, this interview comes from 2007.   While I do understand that communications with a president must be breached only in certain circumstances, as they need to be able to get advice without those advisors thinking they could end up in jail for what they say.  This is a very different set of circumstances.  Holder and President Obama have repeatedly claimed that his knowledge of “Fast & Furious” has been minimal.  If he had no knowledge, there shouldn’t be communications that need to be protected.

What is Holder hiding and why?  Keep digging Congressman Issa, keep digging.  The family of that dead agent have the right to the truth.  They buried their child.
