The workforce in this country is only 155 million, approximately.

    She is such an embarrassment.

Wow, quite a range of job (working people) estimates; The Blaze says, 134 million jobs, Rush said 140 and Doug Powers says 150 million. Lever the ness, Maximum Waters and Ninny Nan “500 million jobs a month are being lost” Pelosi must have gone to the same School of Mathematical Hyperbole !

I got the number from Wiki. Not always the best, but I figured close enough.

    Charles Krauthammer on Sequester Hype

First and foremost, the defense budget is only going back down to 2007 levels, when we had two wars going on.   Both sides are hyping this.  I would like to hear the facts instead of the hype.

There are no real “cuts”; it is a reduction in the rate of increase in spending. It amounts to less than 3 cents on the dollar. Hype indeed !

Another thing; the pRes. is citing the the prospect of First Responders, Drs, teachers, others losing their jobs when in fact, those jobs are NOT funded by federal dollars in the first place. He is LYING AGAIN !!

Yes, the “cuts” are a tiny, tiny, tiny fraction of a fraction of a reduction in proposed spending. Thank you baseline budgeting.

As it stands, WITH the sequester “cuts” there will be an increase in spending of $15 B over last year. Why are ANY cuts, furloughs, lost “anything” necessary ?

It`s lies and fear-mongering as usual and a ploy to force Rs to accept tax increases.
