We are living in Interesting Times
While I admit my initial reaction was shock and disappointment, I held off on commenting because I wanted to see what far more learned and intelligent people have to say. And the more I read, the happier I became about this decision.
We have a long, long fight in front of us but I think SCOTUS’s Obamacare decision is a striking blow against the progressives and I am thrilled.

Thank you SOOOO MUCH for posting this !! I said I admired you and I do now even more for your cool head and patience. Bless your heart !
Glenn Beck was beside himself yesterday morning, Rush was himself; there must be good and bad in this decision, and today he was even more clear. Our local afternoon talkshow host had NC Sen. Richard Burr on who mentioned that by declaring the Ind. Mandate a “TAX”, it will be easier to defeat. (Not EASY, but easyER)
Yes indeed, the gauntlet has been thrown down for limited-gov. conservatives to abolish this pig that is ObamaScare. Whether Justice Roberts meant to or realizes he did, he nonetheless limited Obama`s ability to run on anything meaningful. The ball is squarely in our court and by all indications, like Romney`s $4 Million donation haul in 24 hrs without really asking for it, our side has picked it up and ready to run with it !
PRAISE GOD ALL MIGHTY !!

Happy to help. My husband is going through the tax implications and will be publishing some articles about it soon. He’s actually done some presentation about how to dismantle the Dept. of Commerce, Education, and the EPA that may have caught some peoples ears. We must be Happy Warriors but also patient ones. Voting is our most important task right now but it will be interesting to see what happens to Obamacare when the full implications of its Tax-iness is reviewed.

Great ! Please let us know where to read them when they`re done, Kay ?
New and increased existing taxes will be hammering most everyone of every social strata, proving again and again, Obama lied !

Jim DeMint is urging Governors to do just that, at least until we see who is elected in Nov., and it seems a good number are eager to follow.
NC`s new R majority congress is resisting efforts to implement Obamatax and the old guard dems are pushing back. It`s almost comedic …. almost.

Gov. McDonnell has said that they will not be doing it here either. Since our legislator is out of session they can’t do anything about it anyway.

Good for him. Standing up, against this monstrosity, sends a strong message to the Taxer-in-Chief that we aren`t going to bow down and bend over to whatever he can send down the line !
